- Are private breaks included in your contract? Use them!
- Organizations that hold at least two private breaks on the platform for their org and run at least 4 challenges or quests in a year see 30% higher engagement than organizations that run challenges only.
- Often champions will use these private breaks as a focal point during a challenge or quest or after a challenge or quest to announce winners
- While private breaks are not as big of a driver for increasing engagement as challenges and quests, using them in tandem with these generates more excitement and sense of unity.
- Private breaks outside of a challenge or quest are great ways to enhance well-being initiatives at your org and create a sense of connection.
- It is strongly recommended you use the private breaks available to you in your contract. See this article for more information and to book and/or reach out to championsupport@brightbreaks.com with questions.
