How to give employees access to Bright Breaks
SSO
If your organization is SSO-enabled, you do not need to manually add users through the Champion portal - they will automatically have access to the platform and will need to sign in with SSO
To manually add users not in this category, or to enable specific users sign in with username-password combination, you can follow the steps outlined below.
Non SSO
- Navigate to your members tab
- Under Member Management section click “Add user”
- Enter one or more email addresses (can be separated by space or comma)
- They will instantly receive a welcome email to invite to create an account
Reasons adding employees to your Bright account is important:
- It sends them an invite link with instructions on how to create an account
- It associates their email to your Bright account for a better user experience
- This especially comes in handy if the employee tries to create an account or access content on a generic Bright page down the road
Domain Access
Please ensure the domains associated with your employees’ work email addresses are added to the Allow List of domains on the members tab. This prevents employees from not having access to Bright Breaks if their individual email address happened to not be added to the portal.
Your organization must own all domains on the Allow List. If your employees are using email addresses with domains not owned by your organization, please ensure these employees are added using their specific email address via the method described above.
