Please note:
- Prizes are supplied by your organization, please adjust to what you will be giving to the winning team
- There are <place holders> throughout the scripts for your inputs
- If you change the title and description of your challenge in the Champion portal, make sure to include the changes in the scripts when communicating with your org

On <start Date>, a wellness challenge just for <organization> employees on Bright Breaks begins!
In the spirit of May being Mental Health Awareness Month, let's focus on taking time for our well-being, and connecting with colleagues in teams on Bright Breaks โจ
Each team will earn points by taking live and on-demand breaks!
Each member of the winning team will get a $25 gift card provided by <organization>.
๐ How to participate:
- Check the leaderboard when the challenge begins to see which team youโre randomly assigned to - if you don't see your name take a break to join a team!
- Connect with your colleagues who are on the same team and work toward the goal of winning together!
๐ค How random team assignments work:
- Those who have taken a break in the last 30 days can see which team they're on when the challenge begins
- Everyone else will be assigned to a team after they have taken a break
๐ Key factors to keep in mind:
- 1 point is earned per every live or on-demand break taken
- Earn 2 points for every break taken in the Breathe category
- A maximum of 3 points per day per person
- The teams are assigned at random, take a break once the challenge begins to be placed on a team!
- Anyone who joins the challenge at any point will be assigned to a team.

How to prepare:
โ 1) Ensure you've signed up for Bright Breaks and bookmarked it in your browser
โ 2) Check out upcoming Breathe breaks and add those of interest to your calendar
โ 3) Check out the on-demand section and favourite videos you want to watch during the challenge
โ 4) Download the iOS or Android mobile app so you can participate on the go!
Once the challenge begins, you'll be able to follow your team's progress on our challenge leaderboard.

Step 2: Find the calendar event Bright Breaks sent to your calendar for the break
Step 3: Invite your teammates to the calendar event just like you would a normal meeting!
