FAQ: "What does 'Office Friendly' mean?"
A few of the posts are indicated to be contain office friendly breaks in brackets. This means that breaks are included in the post can be fully participated while remaining seated with no movement, speaking, or breath-work required. Typically these are breaks in the Learn category and some in the Breathe category.
These breaks are perfect for those who find themselves in a shared office setting and do not want to draw attention to themselves while participating in a break!
As a note, all of our Eat Well and Learn category breaks are always what we consider Office Friendly.
