  • If you change the title and description of your challenge in the Champion portal, make sure to include the changes in the scripts when communicating to your team

In the spirit of May being Mental Health Awareness Month, let's focus on taking time for our personal well-being, especially by taking meditation, breathing exercise and mindfulness breaks in the Breathe category on Bright Breaks. โœจ

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ From <start date> to <end date> all <organization> employees who earn at least 5 points by taking live and on-demand Bright Breaks will be entered to win one of two $100 gift cards provided by <organization>! Earn 1 point by taking any live or on-demand breaks, 2 point for taking Breathe category breaks, up to 3 breaks per day. 

How to prepare:

โœ… 1) Ensure you've signed up for Bright Breaks and bookmarked it in your browser

โœ… 2) Check out upcoming Breathe breaks and add those of interest to your calendar

โœ… 3) Check out the on-demand section and favourite videos you want to watch during the challenge

โœ… 4) Download the iOS or Android mobile app so you can participate on the go!

Once the challenge begins, you'll be able to follow your progress on our challenge leaderboard
