For the best user experience for your organization, please ensure your full team has Bright Breaks access:

  • Your org’s domains are updated in the Allow List of the Members tab of the champion portal

"What if the specific breaks promoted in the scripts don't work for my org?"

Choose different breaks to promote by:

  • Navigating to the All Breaks tab after visiting brightbreaks.com/book
  • Using the date selector in the top left hand corner to explore breaks in the Move, Breathe and Stretch categories on different dates
    • Note: the Eat Well and Learn categories of breaks scroll to the right for all dates they scheduled in the future.
  • Once you find a break that works, get the sharable registration link by clicking the share symbol in the bottom left of the break's square or clicking on 'Details' or 'Read more' for and clicking 'Share this break'.
  • Watch this short video demonstrating how to find sharable registration links of breaks.

"What does Office Friendly mean?"

A few of the breaks are indicated to be office friendly in brackets. This means that the break can be fully participated while remaining seated with no movement, speaking, breath-work or meditation required. 

These breaks are perfect for those who find themselves in a shared office setting and do not want to draw attention to themselves while participating in a break!

As a note, all of our Eat Well and Learn category breaks are always what we consider Office Friendly.
