By default, members are opted into email and sms notifications for promotional and break reminder purposes however this can updated at any time.
To change which notifications you receive, access the notification preferences in the Settings tab.
- After logging into Bright Breaks, click the three orange horizontal lines in the top right-hand corner.
- Select "Settings"
- Scroll down to the Notifications sections
- Uncheck the notifications you’d like to not receive
- Send appointment (break) reminders
- These send reminders of upcoming breaks that you have registered for to keep them top-of-mind
- Send promotional information
- Promotional information includes a weekly update of content coming up on Bright Breaks as well as Weekly Challenge winner announcements.
- Send appointment (break) reminders
- Uncheck the notification types you’d like to not be notified by
- SMS
