In our pursuit of fostering a culture of well-being, we're thrilled to introduce the Gratitude Well-being Challenge on Bright Breaks! 🌈

🗓️ Duration: This challenge will run for two weeks, starting from [Start Date] to [End Date].

How to Participate:

Take Breaks, Elevate Well-being: Earn at least 4 points by taking live or on-demand breaks on Bright Breaks during the challenge period.

  • Dive into Quick Live Breaks: Join 7-minute live sessions for an instant refresh of your day with other folks from around the world!
  • Explore On-Demand Library: With over 400 videos ranging from 7 to 30 minutes, there's something for everyone. Pick a break that suits your schedule and mood.

Prizes Await!

Two lucky participants, who have earned at least 4 points, will have the chance to win a $100 gift card of their choice. 🎁

Gratitude is a powerful force that nurtures our well-being. It shifts our focus to appreciate the positive aspects of our lives, promoting mental and emotional balance! 

Practice Gratitude on Bright Breaks

Explore different breaks to intentionally express gratitude such as:

  • Gratitude Session and Gratitude Meditation 
  • Audio Only: Pause for Positivity 

There are hundreds of other breaks to choose from including higher intensity movement and stretching breaks!

🏆Our 3 draw winners will get to choose between:

$100 donation to a local charity OR a $100 gift card 

ℹ️ How to earn points: Get 1 point for taking a live or on-demand break, up to 3 points per day!

🤩 You’re invited to look for breaks like Gratitude Session and Gratitude Meditation to practice gratitude intentionally, and check out breaks covering all aspects of well-being to tend to your well-being!
