In the event that your calendar is no longer connected to Bright Breaks or you would like to update your preferences for Daily Break recommendations.
- After logging into Bright Breaks, click the three orange horizontal lines in the top right-hand corner
- Select ‘Settings’
- Under the Calendar Sync section, click “Add Calendar Account” and connect to your calendar.
- Make sure Daily Break is turned on to receive daily break suggestions added directly to your calendar.
- Update your preferences with which types of breaks you would like suggested as well as the time of day.
