• Prizes are supplied by your organization, please adjust to what you will be giving to your team 
• There are <place holders> throughout the scripts for your inputs
• If you change the title and description of your challenge in the Champion portal, make sure to include the changes in the scripts when communicating to your team

On <start Date>, a well-being challenge just for <organization> employees on Bright Breaks begins on Bright Breaks!

Not only are you encouraged to take time for wellness during your day, but to take breaks with your colleagues in teams . ✨

Each team will earn points by taking live and on-demand breaks, and earning the most points when taking breaks together!

😊 How to participate:

• Check the leaderboard when the challenge begins to see which team you’re randomly assigned to - if you don't see your name when the challenge begins take a break to join a team.
• Connect with your colleagues who are on the same team and work toward the goal of winning together! 👀

🤖 How random team assignments work:

• Those who have taken a break in the last 30 days can see which team they're on when the challenge begins
• Everyone else will be assigned to a team after they have taken a break

🔑 Key factors to keep in mind:

• 1 point is earned per every live or on-demand break taken solo, a maximum of 3 points per day per person 
• Earn UNLIMITED points per day, 1 per <org name> colleague who joins you in a live break!
• The teams are assigned at random, take a break once the challenge begins to be placed on a team.
• Anyone who joins the challenge at any point will be assigned to a team.

How to prepare:

✅ 1) Ensure you've signed up for Bright Breaks and bookmarked it in your browser

✅ 2) Browse through live breaks in the All Breaks tab and add those of interest to your calendar - add your colleagues to the calendar events to invite them!

✅ 3) Check out the on-demand section and favourite videos you want to watch during the challenge

✅ 4) Download the iOS or Android mobile app so you can participate on the go!

Once the challenge begins, you'll be able to follow your progress on our challenge leaderboard.

Challenge Begins Announcement - Day 1

📅 Starting now and ending <end date> you're invited to practice well-being habits by taking breaks - especially with your colleagues! 

🏆Be on the team with the most points and receive a $25 gift card.  Check the leaderboard to see which team you're on. If you don't see your name, take a break to be assigned. 

Keep in mind each person from <org name> that joins you in a live break is 1 point, unlimited points per day! You can also earn points by taking live breaks or watching on-demand content solo, up to three points per day. 

💡Tip: Invite your colleagues to breaks by adding breaks to your calendar and inviting them to the calendar event. You can also copy the invite link next to breaks in the Today's Breaks and All Breaks tab.

Time is running out, but you can earn unlimited points, 1 per each <org> teammate who joins you in a live break! This means you could earn multiple points in just 7 minutes for your team if you join a break with your colleagues, no matter which team they are on.
