A few things to keep in mind:
- ‘Office Friendly’ means the post contains break content that members would likely feel comfortable taking part in while at their desk when surrounded by co-workers. Meaning the break doesn’t call for movement, getting out of the chair or speaking aloud if they so choose.

Try some relaxation-inducing breathing exercises at your desk – or anywhere.
Here’s an easy one to try:
💚Place your hand on your navel so you can feel the gentle rise and fall of your belly
💙Breathe in, and pause for a count of 3
🧡Breathe out, and pause for a count of 3
💜Continue this breathing pattern for 1 minute

🤯Stress vs anxiety – what’s the difference?
Stress and anxiety are both natural, healthy responses to the world around us, but they’re a problem if they don’t go away. Because they feel so similar, often we confuse one for the other.
As part of April’s Stress Awareness Month, let’s raise awareness about their differences.
😱While stress tends to be triggered by specific events (hello deadlines!), it usually leaves once the pressure is off.
😬Anxiety, on the other hand, is more mysterious. It can show up without any obvious trigger, making us feel worried, nervous, AND stressed. And like that last, lingering guest at a house party, it can be difficult to get anxiety to leave the building!
