How to add employees and organization members to Bright Breaks.
Adding the email addresses to the Members tab of the Champion Portal is important for a few reasons:
- Once their email address is added, they will IMMEDIATELY be sent an email from Bright Breaks inviting them to create an account
- The number of emails in the system, even of those who do not create an account, inform the engagement percentages found in the Activity tab
- You will be able to analyze information, including those who are unregistered, in the Members tab itself or by downloading a .csv of information found in the Members tab
It is strongly recommended you add emails to the Members tab AFTER announcing Bright Breaks to your team so that your organization members do not mistake the invitation for spam or a phishing email.

- team@brightbreaks.com
Here are the emails and cadence that your organization members will receive once they are added to the portal:
Email 1 - Received Immediately
Email 2 - Sent Two Days Later (if no account is created yet)
Email 3, Final Email - Sent 5 Days After Email 2 (if not account is created yet)
